We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a Great New Year. Well it's a New Year and a new funded period. The funding will run from Monday 9th January until Friday 23rd March. We had a great Christmas in pre-school. The children made lots of nice things. We also went to sing some Christmas songs for the residents at the "Yachtsman" in Fleetwood, we had a lovely time and the residents really appreciated our singing. We also went to Farmer Parrs to see Father Christmas just before Christmas. The children behaved so well and again we had a great time and we took our tea as a picnic with us. During the next year we will continue to provide your child/children with fun, exciting and interesting activities to stimulate all areas of their development.
From all of us till next month
Miss Murray, Miss Laura Giles, Miss Nicola and Miss Ashlea Munton.
We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year ! The children have loved telling the teachers what they all got from Father Christmas! Please feel free to bring in your Christmas morning photos for us to display for the children to look at! This month we are going to focus on problem solving with the children, which includes lots of jigsaws, ICT equipment and musical activity toys! We are also going to be very busy making lots of junk models for our new role play area. The children have decided they would like a shop as they have enjoyed playing with Charlotte's shopping till that she brought in from home. We would like to welcome to toddler unit Maddison, Thomas and Jimmi they have all settled and are having lots of fun!
Until next month, bye for now.

Well our Christmas month has been very busy, we've been making lots of sparkly things! We have been making Santa Christmas cards with our handprints, baubles with our smiling faces on to hang on the tree, stockings and a big wool Snowman collage, angels for the top of our tree which had a smiling face on. They all looked great! All our activities have been displayed around the room which I am pretty sure you have all seen! Well Christmas is now over, but the fun still continues......This month is going to be MESSY MONTH! Out comes the beans, spaghetti, jelly, paint etc time to let the children make a mess and have lots of fun! So be sure to take a look at our displays in the next few weeks to see your children making a mess and being encouraged to do so.
Till next time
